Anna Hazare's move to bring in the Jan lok pal bill in the country to eradicate corruption  is the most desirable and need of the hour .How ever the representatives  from the ruling govt. are trying to scuttle his moves by giving all sorts of lame excuses for drafting the bill in a most transparent manner.it is the for all the citizens of country to pressurize the govt.representatives to knead the path of Anna Hazare in drafting the bill

The spate of  forcible land acquisitions in India is very alarming and  against the will and consent of the land owner.Here, the land owners are mostly lower  middle and poor class of farmers, whose lands are grabbed by the governments at the center and states irrespective their political affiliations.No government worth mentioning in this aspect is concerned about the fate, leave alone the welfare  of the displaced  farmer.Every tom and dick, shamelessly talk about  the economic development of the country by bringing SEZs.To establish the SEZs in the country the ruling govts.are grabbing the lakhs of lakhs acres of fertile agricultural lands forcibly, but are trying to keep a blind  eye  to the the problems and agonies  of lakhs of agricultural families who  are displaced and  with out a recourse to any amicable placement.Is it justifiable that lakhs of agricultural families are displaced to accommodate few thousand educated people as slaves in the hands few hundred (precisely548 industry owners)?.Is it not the concentration of economic power of the country in few hands?Unfortunately ,in our country ,most of the political leaders, industrialists and entrepreneurs are most corrupt (example 2G and umpteen cases).The elected govt.are supposed to be the guardians and protectors of the people(mostly farmers only,who sincerely excise their franchise  and not the industrialist nor IT professionals) of  our country, but,  instead, are behaving like despots and taking the high handed , unilateral and intimidating decisions against not only interest of  the farmers but also the  national interest by using our own police as brutal force  by oppressive methods and taking away the  fundamental Right to property .In the hands of industrialists  for pecuniary alms the political leaders are  becoming  middle men brokers and educated people as slaves and both these groups are killing the farming community with out realising  that these very farmers are their bread winners and back bone of this great country .Here i quote "UTTAM KETHI MAADHYAM VYAPAARI KANISHT CHAKIRI".If the country has to develop economically,first the agriculture has to flourish other wise there is no meaning to economic development SEZs or industrialisation when even today almost 40% of our population is below poverty line and go with out proper  food even after 60 long years of our  independence.Had our  successive governments sincerely taken up the irrigation  projects with out corruption and NOT  by giving shameless statements "ashamed of being Indian ,our country could have achieved  self sufficiency long ago  in food production.

the congress ruled states.we, as humble citizens of our great country urge up on  all the political leaders of all colors and affiliations  and bureaucrats of our governmental hierarchy to think positive with out selfish motives and do justice by rendering their duties responsibly  in the national interest.Particularly in Andhra Pradesh, there is a rampant corruption ,oppression and intimidation in dealing with all most all the land acquisition cases. The most of the  land acquistions for Expansion of Hard Ware park in hyderabad is farce and it is NOT for the public purpose but for Real Estate business by the political leaders and Real Estate brokers .I humbly quote one glaring example of corrupt practice and intimidation of the revenue(Dist .collector. RDO.MRO) officials of Ranga Reddy district  of A P for not following the minimum procedure as laid down in the existing L. A. ACT .Here ,the farmers objected to his land acquisition and went to honorable high court of A P ,but the case got dismissed by the then C M  in connivance of some officials of high court, but  having immense  faith in judiciary, the farmers approached the Honorable Supreme Court of India and Supreme Court was pleased to grant the stay against all the proceedings of the govt. of A P and the matter was remanded back to high court to hear the case  a fresh ,but, mean while,even their plea was dismissed but  the concerned   revenue officials have changed  our names in the land records and entered the name of APIIC LTD ,but , when  we objected to such illegal and intimidating  action of revenue officials they threatened the the farmers with dire consequences.but ,still the farmers are trying their best in maintaining peace and doggedly determined to fight out the injustice in the court of Law.

For the last ten years, the governments in center as well as state governments, irrespective their political affiliations have been resorting to forceful and rampant land acquisitions of agricultural lands belonging to the poor and hapless farmers in the name of SEZs for the development of  industries, information technology,soft ware technology , space and aviation technology etc.The various governments at the center have brought some amendments to the colonial and draconian British Land Acquisition ACT of 1894 for the worst .At least, the existing Law was used to acquire the land  only for the purely public purpose such as for construction of dams ,roads,railway lines ,canals and housing etc ,but ,now the central government has brought an amendment to the  effect that any land acquisition taken up by the government is considered as Public purpose and with this amendment the present rulers in the governmental hierarchy are making the" hay while sun shines".The hapless and gullible farmer has come in handy to get  robbed off by the political leaders of ruling governments of their fertile agricultural land at throw away  price and selling these lands to foreign and indian industrialists at exorbitant prices .For example,at Adibatla village in Ibrahimpatnam mandal Hyderabad district of Andhra pradesh ,the government acquired the land by intimidation  in survey no.656 @RS 540000/ per acre and sold the same to TATA Aerospace technology ltd with a foreign coloboration Firm @RS 4000000/ per acre of land .One can imagine how many hands are wet in this deal.These farmers were owners of this land before they surrendered to govt ,but now , they all are now  daily wage labourers in the TATA Firm and TATA has become boss and big Land lord in the village Now .how pity and lethergic fate of these people of this village.Here in the same village some more lands are being proposed to be acquired for the purpose of EXPANSION OF HARD WARE PARK @Rs151000/per acre ,but fortunately the Honorable Supreme Court if India is pleased to grant a stay against the AP state government proposal and the case is still pending in the high court  of AP. Even now the govt instead of withdrawing the case in favour of the farmers has vociferously pursuing the case and on every hearing ,the Advocate General him self is asking the time for postponement of the case  and   trying to threaten the gullible pattedars of the fertile agricultural lands.the GOD alone save these farmers ,because ,the elected political leaders,bureaucrats (IAS,IPS and revenue officers) are being colluded with land sharks,land brokers,real estate enterpreneurs to grabb these lands at the cost of lives of the farmers.
